Ich war auch viele Jahre Heuschnupfengeplagter!Seit der Desensibilisierung habe ich keine Allergie mehr...hat sich die Allergie jetzt ein Ventil gesucht...das Gehirn?!...nur so eine Theorie von mir

....na, soooo arg „daneben“ liegst Du nicht mit Deiner „Theorie“ – sie erscheint mir als sehr reell! Ich weiß von Betroffenen, die 15 Jahre mit der Diagnose „mehr oder weniger herumliefen“ – die „nur“ Nahrungsmittelallergien und Kohlenhydratmalabsorptionen hatten – und nun – sehr zur Verwunderung der Ärzte – keine Anzeichen einer Sch... mehr haben : durch Karenz der allergenen/ unverträglichen Nahrungsmittel.

Bitte neben Eliza und HIT abklären lassen: Laktose-, Fruktose- und Sorbitintoleranz; Zöliakie! Peusodallergien auf Konservierungsstoffe und Medikamentenfüllstoffe ( auch diese können zu erheblichen Reaktionen / Rückfällen führen: z.B. Weizenlösung in Tropfen! )

Lena hat Dich ja schon mit „Lesestoff“ versorgt – und damit es Dir nicht langweilig wird....
auch von mir ein bissl was dazu!

Schizophrenia
For many years there has been speculation that certain dietary proteins may contribute to the symptoms of schizophrenia. Gluten, a protein from wheat and some other grains, and to a lesser extent casein, a dairy protein, have been the targets of research on food sensitivities as contributors to schizophrenia. Schizophrenic patients have been shown to be more likely to have immune-system reactions to these proteins than the general population. A preliminary trial of a gluten-free/dairy-free diet found that patients with schizophrenia improved on the diet and had shorter hospital stays than those eating normal diets. The results of double-blind trials, however, have been inconsistent. The gluten-free/dairy-free diet improved responses to medications in one controlled trial. These improvements were lost and symptoms of schizophrenia were exacerbated when gluten was reintroduced in a “blinded” fashion. Another clinical trial found similar positive responses in only 2 of 24 patients. Other controlled trials have found no improvement when gluten and dairy were removed from the diet. In one clinical trial, improvement occurred when gluten was blindly reintroduced. These results suggest that some, but not all, people with schizophrenia may benefit from a gluten-free/dairy-free diet.

Less common manifestations:
· Milk has been found to induce migraine as well as non-migrainous headache.78,79
· In some studies, it was shown that shaking of the head from side to side has been triggered by milk (amongst other foods). It has been suggested that, in susceptible individuals, foods can trigger movement disorders through acting on dopamine and other neurotransmitter pathways in the brain.80
· It has been suggested that there is a relationship between cow's milk and mental disorders such as infantile autism, schizophrenia and hyperactivity.39,81,82,83
· It has been postulated that cow's milk has a role in the onset of convulsive crises, even if limited to certain types of epilepsy such as the cryptogenetic partial form.84

What most people ignore is that both peptides and trace (biologically significant amounts) amounts of proteins are taken up across the gut mucosa (1,2). Because one molecule of gluten contains at least 15 opioid sequences it is quite clear that this could cause a problem. Increased peptide excretion is found in the urine of celiacs before treatment (3) (Reichelt et al in prep). This is confirmed by a series of papers that demonstrate intact food proteins in mothers milk (4-7). A Canadian group has confirmed that gluten does change a brain enzyme and monoamine levels in cats (8). Their findings a significant even though cats are not gluten eating animals. There is increasing evidence that components from food can indeed cause serious psychiatric (9-12) and neurological (13-16) diseases. Even rheumatoid arthritis may have a link to food proteins (17), and it well established that stress increases gut permeability. Nobody denies the possibility of reactive depression, but there is little reason why this could not be made worse by dietary factors. Because antibodies are indeed induced by peptides it may even be so that dietary peptides by mimicry to endogenous cell surface peptide sequences, may be responsible for many autoimmune diseases (18).

Hier wird sehr deutlich der Zusammenhang beschrieben – allerdings ist die hier gepriesene Diät nicht empfehlenswert: eine Diät sollte grundsätzlich nach erfolgter allergologischer Diagnostik auf die individuellen Allergene Rücksicht nehmen und diese beachten.
